Our Premium Partner Program (P3)
The Joker for Wholesale Customers and Resellers
Our Offer for Major Customers
Resellers and major customers with a minimum number of domains in their portfolio can become a member of our Premium Partner Program (P3).
The most important benefit: our P3 partners get attractive discounts on the regular prices!
P3-participants can also benefit from partner-promotions and make use of additional comfort and security features. For example, P3 partners are eligible for the simplified domain renew procedure and may also request to get the Autounlock-feature of the DRS activated for their accounts. This allows to automate processing steps that can require a lot of manual work, especially in the administration of larger domain portfolios.
While regular customers become charged for their services right away, P3 members can choose to receive one comprehensive invoice per month instead. Not to forget premium support and individual consultancy on domain strategy.

Questions and Answers on the Premium-Partner-Programm
In this section, you can find a number of frequently asked questions and answers about our Premium Partner Program. If you have any question in addition to the ones listed here, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our Premium Partner Program includes all top level domains that we offer, without limitation – all in all more than a thousand in number.
The discounts are named in the contracts and understandably cannot be made public here.
You have to manage a minimum of 50 domains in the first year. Domains taken over from other registrars do count for this criterion. This minimum quantity is relatively small and no real obstacle for professionals, be they resellers or key accounts.
You will retrospectively receive a clearly structured monthly bill from us. You do not need to settle a bill after a single domain has been registered. You also do not need to pay in advance, like with a payment on an account. There only has to be an agreement on a method of payment, either a direct debit authorisation or a credit card payment.
Yes. The language of contract will be German, however.
Certainly the partner can and may run the name servers partly or completely by himself. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a discount for that.
No. The customer is »owned« by the partner. Customer protection is understood. Even the invoices go to the partner and not to the end customer. If with the administrative process of the domains requires regulatory obligations, e.g. annual e-mails for updating data, we try to make these e-mails neutral. The same applies to forms. For example, when applying for ccTLDs signatures of the registrant.
